Magento is amazing. It’s not without it’s quirks (it’s still a bit of a fledgling in the software world), but we’ve crashed tested it and know how to work it out. This is your site, we’re just here to be the medium to fulfill your dreams. We collaborate with you on design, we get inspired by what inspires you so we can come out the other end with something that represents you, your brand, your image to a tee. Tell us if something’s wrong, something’s good, something’s iffy. We’ll work it out.

7. It’s all included.

We don’t believe in hidden fees or charges. For the most part, everything that you could possibly need is included in our web package. You get 5 marketing material designs, 3 web banners, newsletter templates, customized invoices — on TOP of all of the art that we’ll be doing for your logo, brand, and layouts. You can’t beat that.

8. It’s totally original.

We really believe that you’re our inspiration. We want to climb into your brain and understand what you love, what inspires you, why you’re running or starting your business. We use that to come up with fresh, innovative art for your project.

9. We teach you.

April pretty much exists to help you learn your shopping cart system. On average, you’ll receive 8-10 hours of phone tutorials and email support will continue as long as you have questions. And it’s all included in the cost.

10. We know SEO.

We help you do everything possible to optimize your site for search engines. We teach you how google works, how to choose proper keywords and meta information, and how to write good content. You can hire us to do it too, but most people, once we give them the tools, can do it on their own. Either way, we know loads about it and we love to share. Our mom’s taught us well.

11. We’re see through.

No sneaky sneaky over here. We believe in giving you everything you need and not nickel and diming you after the fact. We’ll never do work for you without discussing your options so that you can make the right choice for your business, and give you multiple price options, from the festiva option to the cadillac. We’ll never do work and then just bill you. And it’s important to us that when you hire us, we know what you expect. Tell us what you need and we’ll work with you to make it happen.

You are super important to us. We believe in you and we believe in what we do. And because of that, we commit to you. So whatever you need, whenever you need it, just let us know and we’ll be there for you.
