*Deposit serves to reserve your place on the waiting list and to install (and educate you on) the software previous to designwork so that you can start loading products/text while you're waiting. Deposit is nonrefundable and is deducted from web design cost.

The printables
*We'll design up to 5 printable items (business cards, stickers, etc) to go with your site. We'll send you the files and you choose your method of printing. Additional designs of printables available at an hourly rate ($75/hour). Flyers, Brochures, and Signs not included but printables can be traded for credits toward such designs.The know how
*it's more than just building your website, it's building your business. We have loads of practical knowledge to share with you streamlining your site, search engine optimization skills, how best to market your site and get traffic. And the best part -- It's all FREE. We heart you, we want you to be successful, and we're here to help you
The education
*You'll be able to update the text on your site whenever you'd like, we'll teach you how to use the software to maintain your site so you'll be 100% self sufficient. The Customer Service
*Always free. Once you're our client, you're always our client. If there is something outside of the realm of what is included, price will be decided upon prior to anything being completed -- no surprise bills for you. We're easy to access too, available via chat/IM, phone, or email. Ready and willing, we'll help with anything you need!
*We'll do multiple phone tutorials on managing the backend of the site. We'll also provide unlimited customer support on the system from there on.
*We have a comprehensive networking site and client management system.
